I took the morning after pill when I was 15, after losing my virginity. It was 100% consensual and we just didn’t use a condom, despite knowing we should’ve done!
I traipsed around town for three hours trying to find somewhere to give me the morning after pill for free, and eventually did using the advice of my best friend’s older sister.
I was so glad to take the pill, I just knew if I became pregnant I wouldn’t be able to live the life I wanted to. Now, seven years later I am about to start my doctorate and I am so grateful that the morning after pill was available so I could continue living my best life!
